The factories are built and invested in terms of scale and modern equipment, meeting international standards. The factory is equipped with an automated production line system, meeting the requirements for diverse production and assembly of various bus segments and types (passenger busses, sleeper busses, public busses, minibusses, etc.), trucks with diverse load capacities, and specialized vehicles… The entire production process is carried out on an automated body transfer system, ensuring synchronization and seamless connection from the welding shop to the painting shop and assembly shop. The factory’s products use engines that meet Euro 5 emission standards or higher, are environmentally friendly, and not only meet domestic market demand but also focus on exports.

Welding line

This is where thousands of welds are made to create the complete body of KIM LONG commercial vehicle products. The production line is equipped with the most advanced spot welding robot system available today, along with contact welding technology and a fully automated body transportation system, which helps increase productivity and effectively control the quality of welds.

Painting line

This is where thousands of welds are made to create the complete body of KIM LONG commercial vehicle products. The production line is equipped with the most advanced spot welding robot system available today, along with contact welding technology and a fully automated body transfer shutter system, resulting in high productivity and effective control of weld quality.

Assembly line

The intelligent design production line and modern equipment are capable of assembling a variety of commercial vehicle products. The chassis hanger system and equipment for engine, axle, and semi-automatic gearbox assembly efficiently support each production stage, enhancing accuracy and improving product quality.

Inspection line

The commercial vehicle inspection process is carried out by engineers using equipment imported from Europe. All inspection steps regarding steering angle, suspension system, brakes, and emission coefficient… strictly adhere to regulations, ensuring that all products meet operational and safety standards before leaving the factory.
